This is a common problem which could be 1 of 2 things.
The first thing it could be is that the laptop adapter wire might be defective and you are in need of replacement of a replacement laptop adapter. Power is not getting to the motherboard, for this you can test it by testing the Laptop Adapter with a volt meter and comfirm you are receiving power even when you are shaking the wire.
