Can I come by your store?
Since our primary business is on-site servicing and support, we do not have a retail store where you can go to and look around. However, we do have a Depot Center where you can pick up orders that you place at our online HCS SHOP. As well if you have computer problem or a laptop problem and you need to have someone repair it you can come by our Depot Center and leave your computer so a technician can have a look at it. If you need someone to immediately repair your computer you can call us at 514-836-7408 and make an on-site service call.
Our Depot Center is at 5484 Sherbrooke St Ouest, Montreal, Quebec.
Do you have my laptop battery or adapter in stock?
Since there are thousands upon thousands of Batteries and adapters out there we are unable to stock everything just the most popular items. We do however order daily from our head office and have product shipped in daily. So if you need a battery or adapter, we can have it next business day as long as it is ordered by 3 PM. If you need an adapter, we have universal adapters that can be picked up at the service depot immediately.
